  • First Responders Challenge
    Cynergy CrossFit invites your force to join in the 8th annual Cynergy CrossFit First Responders Challenge!
    Where: Various New England area (MA, CT, RI) CrossFit affiliates
    When: Monday, January 5th to Sunday, February 8th, 2015
    Cost: ย $125/athlete
    The Challenge is open to CrossFitters who are active members of Fire, Police, EMT, K-9 Units, SWAT, Sheriff or Military.
    Weekly challenges take place at individual gyms, final event to take place at Cynergy CrossFit, 23 Commercial Waye, Hanson, MA.
  • South Coast Snowdown
    Where: Whaling City CrossFit, 475 Church Street, New Bedford, MA, USA
    When: Saturday, January 31st, 2015 from 9:00am to 4:00pm
    Cost: $200/team
    Teams of 4. Two (2) women and two (2) men. Three (3) WODs guaranteed.

  • Couples out for Blood
    Where: CrossFit Storrs, 1768 Storrs Rd, Mansfield, CT, USA
    When: Saturday, February 14th, 2015 from 9:00am to 5:00pm
    Cost: $120/team
    Spend the day with your better half and kick ass! I canโ€™t think of any other way Iโ€™d like to spend Valentines Day. For the second year now CrossFit Storrs will be hosting the Couples Out for Blood competition. This event will be an opposite-sex couples competition. This is only an RX competition but the movements and weights will be simple for anyone looking to work hard and have fun. Everyone is guaranteed 3 workouts. The top 4 teams will go on to a final 4th workout. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams!

  • Winter Whiteout
    Join CrossFit Reach for the Winter Whiteout on February 22nd!
    Where: CrossFit Reach, 930 Main Street, Acton, MA, USA
    When: Sunday, February 22nd, 2015 from 8:00am to 3:00pm
    Cost: $180/team
    The Winter Whiteout is a 2-person, same-sex team competition for Rx teams only.

    C&J – 225. Jumped to 240 to try to sneak in a PR – caught it fine, but couldn’t stand up. 2015 is going to be the year of the front squat for me.
    Front Squat – 205 w/4 chains. back was rounding, so dropped back to 185 for the last set.
