You’ll train with purpose using a mix of running, machines (Bike, SkiErg, Rower), wall-balls, sleds, and more. Whether you’re prepping for your next race or just want to train in this format, this class is for you!

STRIVE-ROX is held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6-7pm
