Strength Transfer – Triple 3 this Saturday

Schedule Update for This Saturday (8/29)
This Saturday, we will be completing 2014 CrossFit Games workout “The Triple 3.” This is a long, endurance workout so make sure you are well-hydrated and come prepared for the long haul. If you are a newbie or cardio isn’t exactly you thing, don’t worry we have scalable options available.

We will be running a limited schedule on Saturday. All classes will be held in Southie Green. Alll Levels Classes will run at 8, 9, 10, 11AM. Intro class at noon, Oly class at 1pm. Regular classes at 2 & 3pm.  There will be no 930 and 1030am.

Here is a link to the 3 mile running loop for those of you that will be doing the WOD RX and don’t want to do 9 loops around the block.

    FS: 165, failed 185. It has been a long time since that happened but I guess 3 weeks of no Crossfit will do that to you
    WOD: 5+5 at 75 w/ KB swings instead of box jumps (ankle)

        Yeah tomorrow is for sleeping in! I was actually more sore today from 2 min of lunges yesterday than from the comp, haha.
