Schedule Update for This Saturday (8/29)
This Saturday, we will be completing 2014 CrossFit Games workout “The Triple 3.” This is a long, endurance workout so make sure you are well-hydrated and come prepared for the long haul. If you are a newbie or cardio isn’t exactly you thing, don’t worry we have scalable options available.

We will be running a limited schedule on Saturday. All classes will be held in Southie Green. Alll Levels Classes will run at 8, 9, 10, 11AM. Intro class at noon, Oly class at 1pm. Regular classes at 2 & 3pm.  There will be no 930 and 1030am.

Here is a link to the 3 mile running loop for those of you that will be doing the WOD RX and don’t want to do 9 loops around the block.
