Schedule Update
Nemo is upon us!  After all that Costa Rican sun, we’re looking forward to a good old fashion NorhtEast Blizzard! We are going to close early tomorrow at 2pm to make sure everyone gets home safely.  We will aslo add a 10am and 1pm also for peeps to get in before the storm.  This is subject to change as we find out more about the storm.  Saturday is still up in the air and we will reasess tomorrow night but for now we will potentially be closed in the am and Open at noon, with a noon class, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.

Pick up your forgotten items
Hey all! Tis the season for coming to the gym cold, getting hot and sweaty just to leave with less clothes than you came with. Please poke around the gym and pick up your forgotten t shirt or sweat pants. Here in the next few days we will be emptying the lost and found box to make room for more lost items. We will be donating the clothes. So if you are in the area, some hot new colors will be arriving at the local second hand store on the cheep cheep cheep. High five if you can buy your buddy’s fave t shirt and sell it to him back for twice the price. – TinaMo
