There is no better start your weekend then running, box jumps, and wall balls. At CrossFit Southie you can expect a tough endurance workout on Saturday mornings. Prepare to sweat, breathe heavy, and maybe even cry a little.  It will all be worth it once it’s over. See you at 9am.
