WOD

800m Run
60 Wallballs
400m Run
50 Pull-ups
200m Run
40 Walking Lunges
100m Run
30 Push-ups (Hand Release)
100 Double Unders

We realize this is a long tough workout.  Don’t be intimidated. If this is too much volume for you all the reps and meters will be cut in half. You can substitute singles for the double unders. Come in and have fun! It’s supposed to be beautiful!
