Run the long way out to 200m line

15 Kettlebell Thrusters (1.5,1)

Each team member is at a station. Once the reps are complete take a knee. After all members have taken a knee, rotate to the next station.

Then complete (6) 50m sled pushes each.

-Once 3 rounds of the stadium style WOD is complete, make your way as a team with a plate (45,25) and complete (6) 50m sled pushes each. Once the sled pushes are complete run the long way with your plate back into the building for your time.
