Weekend Schedule Update
Easter Sunday (4/16) – All Levels Classes at 9 & 10AM only. VO2 Max class with Sebastian will be held at 9am.
Marathon Monday (4/17) – Morning and midday class schedule will remain the same. Bootcamp WILL meet at 6:30AM. We will be running a reduced schedule at night with All Levels classes in Southie Green only. There will be no 4:45pm Conditioning, 5:30pm, 6:30pm or 7:30pm class.

Sports and Wellness Appointments with Dr. Fernandez today!
Due to popular demand, Dr. Fernandez will be back THIS Saturday and is still booking appointments! Dr. Fernandez works on Chris and I and helps us recover better through tissue work and adjustments. He has helped me significantly after having Chase to get my body functioning properly again. Dr. Fernandez is taking appointments for this Saturday, April 15th. Right now he is still wide open! Dr. Fernandez is an Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a member of the International Federation of Chiropractic Sports Physicians.

Teams of 3
Stadium Style (Everyone works at once)
4 Rounds
14 Alternating DB Snatches (50,35)
12 Front Squats (135,95)
200m Run
Once the 4 Rounds is complete jog as a team out to the sleds carrying the plates needed for the sled push.

Then, (8) 50m sled pushes each (45,25)
Once complete run the long way back into the gym carrying your plate (s).
