Please join us in wishing John & Meg Driscoll a big congratulations on the birth of their baby boy, John (Jack) C. Driscoll III. Baby Jack was born on Friday, September 4th at 2:11am, weighing an even 9 pounds and measuring 20″ in length. Both parents and the baby are happy and healthy. We are so thrilled for the Driscolls and can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the CFS family!

Meg was such an inspiration during her pregnancy. She continued to come into the gym and do what she could even PAST her due date (she was over a week late!). She never complained, and always had a smile on her face. John was unbelievable supportive the entire time. We look forward to their return to the gym… we know it won’t be long! We love you both! Congratulations!


Please take a moment today to remember all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Even though today is not a hero workout, get in here and give this workout your all in their honor. Never forget.

    #105 on the squat cleans. Could have gone a little heavier but ran out of time. Thanks Tully for the advice on the jump from position 1 – think it clicked better today!
