2016 Southie Showdown: November 12 & 13
The 2016 Southie Showdown is fast approaching, and we’d love to have as many of you involved and representing CrossFit Southie as possible!

Come Help Us Judge! With over 260 athletes, it takes tons of help to make the event run smoothly. If you can count and are familiar with CrossFit movements, we can teach you how to judge – no previous experience required. All judges will receive a free t-shirt and lunch each day from Connector Cafe (yum!). Anyone who signs up to judge for both Saturday and Sunday will be entered into a raffle to win a new pair of Reebok Nanos! To sign up to judge, please click HERE!

Not interested in judging but still want to help out? Be a Volunteer! Helping with equipment set up, parking directors, athlete registration, score collectors are all tasks that are extremely appreciated by everyone involved but also keeps you close to the action to enjoy the event.     WOD: 3+3 Rx…wardrobe malfunction halfway through the first rd. of dubs…realized I was wearing OLY shoes :/
