    27:07 95# squat cleans and red and blue C2B pull ups. i am kicking myself for not keeping track of my times last summer because I would love to compare.

    awww ames this was the first wod i ever did at southie like two years ago when i was just dropping in to check out the new gym!! and you taught me how to do CTB pull ups. i also think that was the day we decided to be friends.

    Hey, I just searched Southie Sangy to see my previous time, and we did this exactly a year ago! Awesome!

      last time 22:18 with red band
      today: 20:22 rx…was hoping to go sub 20. I fell on my butt, hard, on one of the turns during the last 800…next time!!
