    Snatch: 215×2
    Wod: 12:50ish (clock was in other room)… did extra cals on the bike (30/24/18/18/12/6) because halfway through I thought the bike was after the mups…). But… muscle ups are feeling strong (5/5, 5/3, 6, 4, 2).
    Well anyway, thanks for reading my story ๐Ÿ™‚
