4:00-6:00- 4 Reps
6:00-8:00- 3 Reps
8:00-10:00- 2 Reps

    Snatch:105-140
    The 3×135 ended up going a bit over the 2 min
    14:54 I believe with 6mups. Wasn’t the best.

    Snatch ladder: 135-175 in 8min, 1x185pr after..195fails after that
    WOD: 15ghd’s 10-7-7 mups 14:01
