Welcome to NObeantown!

Hey Paleo Challengers,

Yum!
Yum!

We’re about three weeks in now, and I’m sure you’ve already searched the internet for every possible paleo blog or recipe out there… I know I have! Well, did you know we have our very own Paleo blogger here at CrossFit Southie? Rebecca Ong-Sutherland has her own Paleo blog, and you should all check it out! She has lots of creative, fun recipes, and she often includes photos with her step by step instructions, which is great for someone who is unskilled in the kitchen (like me!).

Here are some words from Rebecca:  “I know there are lots of versions of “paleo” out there so some of the things I cook and eat may or may not be a little different than the CFS’s list of approved foods.  Most of my meals are Whole30 approved. I don’t make money off this blog, it’s really just a fun side project that keeps me motivated to not cheat and to continually push myself to make somewhat interesting meals and try new foods and cooking techniques.  I overhear a lot of people saying that paleo is boring, so I try to make things that are relatively easy and delicious.  And definitely not boring!”

Check out Rebecca’s blog here: www.nobeantown.com or follow her on twitter @nobeantown!

Do you blog about your Paleo, cooking, CrossFit, or anything else interesting? Let us know in the comments!
