CrossFit Southie Kickball Team
It’s time to put all of that fitness you’ve been working on to the test! The Social Committee is trying to gauge interest for putting together a CrossFit Southie kickball team to play in the Social Boston Sports League. Games start in July and are played weekly through September at Carter Playground. Teams will be made up of between 13 – 19 players. There must be 4 males and 4 females on each team. The cost to register is $65 per person.
There are two possible leagues to join. In one league, games will be played on Wednesday nights from 8-10pm, and in the other, they will be played on Sundays from 12-3pm. If you are seriously interested in playing, please click HERE to sign up and mark your preferred time to play. If we can get enough people interested, we can get some teams signed up!

Level 1- (65,35) 8,10,12,14

ADV- 25ft handstand walk after wallballs (115,80)

*Note- This workout is designed to be fast intervals- 2-4 Minutes each without much if any rest. If you cannot perform the movements quickly, scale the reps and the load.

    5 min ME leg less climbs to 14’= 4
    WOD: advanced but did 4 rounds bc I need to work on HS walk under intensity= 27:08
