Wod- barely made it but got them all at 135. The threat of running will get me to do pretty much anything.
hspu: one 45# plate
back squat: up to 315#
wod: scaled down to 135# because I suck at these type of workouts – completed all rounds, probably should have tried 145/155
did some bench and weighted dips with Alec and Jim after – trying to get swole for the weekend
