    Hspu w/1 plate, power clean 245×3, missed three rounds at 185 (should have only missed 2 but went full wimp at round 11)

    First week trying to get back into BT and it is kicking my butt. Is it Sunday yet??

    Hspu done to floor, no deficit
    Squats up to 225
    Wod- barely made it but got them all at 135. The threat of running will get me to do pretty much anything.

    hspu: one 45# plate
    back squat: up to 315#
    wod: scaled down to 135# because I suck at these type of workouts – completed all rounds, probably should have tried 145/155
    did some bench and weighted dips with Alec and Jim after – trying to get swole for the weekend
