    I collapsed in a heap after this workout.

    Over the course of the day, I lost some of the precision on my memory of my WOD time. Now I only remember it to the nearest minute–between 19 and 20 (1 pood).

    44 dubs (weak) 18:31Rx. Thought that was a pretty good time until I saw Kelly’s. I was chasing Amy and TinaMo in class today. First time doing a WOD with the coaches. Very cool.

    shoulders are smoked. they were smoked before the WOD. Nick threw some curves at us today in the warm up…ever heard of a “cross chop” with a KB? me neither, and they stink out loud.
