Also, we’ve found a better scheduler for massage that allows you to choose the massage duration of your choice. Instead of only a 60 minute option, you can now choose a 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute massage. All first time 60 mintue massages are only $60.     Comments are a great way to keep a log of your weights/wod times. By using the search box up the top of the page you can easily search and find old times/scores to track progress. Let’s take advantage of this tool and start posting everyday or at the very least for benchmarks.
