Regionals are THIS weekend! We are very proud and excited to be sending 7 athletes to Regionals this year. They have been training hard all year long so that they can represent all of us on the big stage, so now it is our turn to support them. Walking out onto the competition floor can be very intimidating: there are judges, video cameras in your face, and thousands of people staring at you. However, being able to look up and see a sea of smiling faces in green t-shirts smiling and cheering you on definitely helps calm you down and focus on the workout.
We need you to help us create another sea of army green at this year’s Regionals! If you’re coming to Regionals (and you all should!) make sure you grab your own Regional t-shirt or tank top to wear all weekend. We will all meet at the CrossFit Southie tent and then head over to claim a spot in the arena to watch Team CFS and Tinamo compete. We will all sit and cheer together as one large group. This is our chance to show everyone what type of community CrossFit Southie is really made of! We hope you all can make it… grab your tickets here.

In an effort to allow everyone to get down to Canton this weekend, we’ll be running a reduced schedule for the weekend. Take a look at the schedule updates here:
Friday – All Levels Classes in Southie Green @ 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 11AM, Noon, 4, 5, 6, 7pm. No classes in Orange and no 9am.
Saturday – All Levels Classes in Southie Green @ 7, 8 & 9AM
Sunday – All Levels Classes in Southie Green @ 7, 8 & 9AM. No Yoga.
*Please note that on Saturday & Sunday, the box will shut down promptly after the last class to allow everyone to get to Canton and cheer for CFS! Thank you for understanding.
If you are planning to attend Regionals, you can check out a schedule of events and heat times here. Team CFS will be competing each day from 9am-Noon. Coach TinaMo’s heats will vary depending on the day, but will always be in the afternoon.
