    WOD: 19:11 #75 (although I think i managed to do 25-20-15 for some reason)

    Squat Snatch: 110×1 (PR by 5 lbs) – Gotta say that the Oly class is really starting to pay dividends. Feeling so much smoother and stronger on snatches these days.
    WOD: 15:26 L2 rep scheme but L1 weight on OH squats. Should’ve done L2 weight on OH squats. I don’t know what’s going on because the OH squats were hands down the easiest part of the WOD.
    Finally, hats off to Andrea, Rachel, Tracy, Goose, Hyatt, Pat, and Tina Mo for representing CrossFit Southie with strength, sportsmanship, and style this past weekend. I couldn’t be any prouder of you guys and am very fortunate to be part of such an awesome community. Very lucky indeed to have you all has coaches and friends.

    Great job this weekend CFS! I was only able to get to canton on Friday but caught the rest online. It was so great to see you guys all giving it your all. I loved seeing Andrea get all her MUPs, tinamo crush the rope climbs, Tracy and Rachel putting up great squat snatches and all of the guys and their handstand walks!!! I am so impressed by all the hard work you all have put in.
