WOD Reminder: Please wear protection for your legs. Long socks, pants, shin guards, etc to help avoid leg burn. Also, remember to control yourself all the way to the bottom to help eliminate sprained ankles on the dismount. Lastly, no Oly shoes will be allowed during the WOD as it ruins the ropes. Stay safe, be considerate and enjoy those rope climbs!!!
