Scavenger Hunt Today! 
Meet us at Park Street Station at 9am to take part in our 4th Annual Photo Scavenger Hunt! We’ll take the city by foot, hitting up famous landmarks and doing our favorite CrossFit  moves. Be sure to get creative with your pictures! If you signed up ahead of team, click HERE to see your team. Don’t see your name? No worries! Show up and we’ll get you on a team! Don’t forget to wear your Southie Gear!!

Chuck put together some potential running routes. Check them out so you have some ideas for tomorrow!

7.03 All Over Boston Route

Reminder: There will be no morning classes today. The gym will open at 8am for Open Gym from 8-2pm. The 12pm Intro class, 1pm Oly Meet and 2 & 3pm general classes will run as scheduled.   

 

Jump N’ Rope Double Under Seminar – TOMORROW!
Still don’t have double unders? Join us for a 2-hour seminar THIS SUNDAY from 9:30-11:30am led by 5-time World Jump Rope Champion Molly Metz. Molly and her crew will spend two hours with you working on jump rope proficiency through drills, instruction, and demos. This seminar is open to anyone, including non-CFS members; tell your friends! The seminar is THIS Sunday from 9:30-11:30am. Click HERE to register.
