    Didn’t do much dead lifting. Back felt funny.

    Deadlift: 235 x2 (did 255 x 1 but decided to drop to 235 in the name of form)
    WOD: 17:15 red band/24 inch box/65

    Good workout. Those ohs’s got tough quick.

    Deadlift: 335×2 (1 RM PR was 315)
    WOD: 17:23 24″ box
    Definitely the most unassisted pull ups I have done in a WOD.

    DL: 185×2 (PR) – massive sketchy form on the second one.
    WOD: 18:59, Rx for pull-ups and box jumps, L2 for OHS. Majorly slow on OHS.

    415#x2 DL 425# pr (previous pr was 405 x1)
    WOD 16:02 subbed ring rows for pull ups (just as bad on shoulder)
    1st 20 OHS @95# then finished @ 75#

    295×2, prior PR was 295×1, I’ll take it.

    WOD 11:54, L2… Cruised through the pull-ups and box jumps, sucked my way through the OHSs. Thanks to Coach DeDonno for telling me to widen my stance. Made the last few a lot easier.

    Deadlift: 165# (20# PR)
    WOD: 14:50 w/ red band & 55#. This was tiring.

    Completed my mile run post-WOD – 8:50. Looking forward to improving on that.
