Ring work (push ups, rows, flyes, muscle ups etc..)

WOD
4 Rounds for time of:
40 Lunges
30 Sit Ups
20 Box Jumps
10 Ring Dips

Advanced
5 rounds; 20 lb vest optional

    This was a fun WOD…definitely have to work on some ring dips…
    16:50 Advanced (no vest)…watching Melberg shed weights was pretty funny though

    Hm I was wondering how long this would take! I was also trying to visulize myself doing box jumps w/ a 20 lb vest on. Fail.
