Stretching it out in Southie Green

CrossFit Classes will be held in Southie Green today assuming that it’s not the end of the world.

WOD

5 Rounds
400m Run
20 Kettlebell Swings (1.5,1)
20 Medball Tosses (Over Pull-up Bar)
Then
20 Burpee Pull-ups

You are completitng the 5 rounds and then after the 5th round you have 20 burpee pull-ups. Your time finishes after the 20 burpee pull-ups.

L2 – 4 rounds
L1 – 3 rounds; burpee jump and touch

    Judgement day…sounds sweet. At least we’ll go out smoke-checking ourselves.
