The endurance program with Brogan will be cancelled for Tuesday 7/2/13. Also there will be a reduced schedule for the week of 4th of July. Keep and eye out for updates on dates and times!

Partner WOD
2 Times Through
Partner A completes 100m farmers carry (2p,1.5) while Partner B completes as many Box Jumps as possible. Then switch.

Then

2 Times Through
Partner A completes 200m run while Partner B completes as many KettleBell Swings (2,1.5) as Possible. Then switch.

Then

2 Times Through
Partner A completes a 250m row while Partner B completes as many ring push-ups as Possible. Then switch.

    19:27, 275 reps with Fernanda. 2 50lb dumbbells/2 1 pood KBs, 1.5/.75, ring push-up walk outs.
    The 0930 was packed and I loved it! A lot of the usual suspects (Manny, Jascha, Meg, and Sergio to name a few). It was already awesome as a partner WOD, cheering each other on and gettin’ shit done, then per his usual Coach Chuck had us dig deep at the end for a 2 times through 300m shuttle run exercise. I can’t believe I’m gonna say it but I love you Chuck. I like being pushed beyond what I thought was possible. Thanks for that, seriously.

    Came early to work on Squat Clean technique.
    EMOM 10 min – 3 touch and go perfect form squat cleans 95×2 sets/115×3/135×5.

    WOD: 14:50 – 189 Reps – 1.5. I partnered with Mark who smoked me on Box Jumps and Ring push-up.

    Yesterday’s WOD didn’t seem all that bad to me, but today’s total body soreness says otherwise! Must’ve been the presence of the 7pm crew and their energy giving me superhero powers to fight through the WOD pain!
