Saturday Partner Interval WOD – CFS

Ashley – Working the Rings

Partner WOD
2 Rounds
4 Minutes Work:1 Minute Rest
1. Ski Erg For Calories
2. Cindy (5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
3. Assault Bike
4. 3 Squat Snatches (115,75)/ 4 Bar Facing Burpees

Level 2 -(95,55), 5,7,10 Cindy
Level 1- (75,35), 3,5,7 Cindy
ADV – wear a vest for Cindy and strict Pull Ups

-One person works at a time for all parts. If you cannot do a round of Cindy in 45 seconds or less scale the reps

      U would think the last person to be blocked on this blog would be the person that has the guts to post her pretty slow times and light weights especially since the only other post are mostly the hardcore RX peeps
      My scores/comments just might make someone else feel better -or make them laugh – it’s all in good fun my reps r clean I don’t cheat, don’t count crap I didn’t do I tell it the way it is- I say all the shit everyone else keeps in their head . UNBLOCK ME STARTING TOMORROW

    With Goose:
    -Bike 113+91= 204 Cal.
    -“Cindy” (8+6)+(8+4)= 16+10 *strict
    -Ski 93+90= 183 Cal.
    -Snatch/Burpee (10+4)+(9+2)= 19+6
