2 Partner WODs – Labor Day Schedule

We will be running a reduced schedule this Monday – Labor Day.
The box will be open for All Levels classes at 9am and 10am only.

Reminder: Please be sure to wear leg protection for the rope climbs. Long pants, socks, or tape works great. We sell CFSouthie socks at the desk for those who don’t have a pair!

Partner WOD 2
12 Minute AMRAP
12/10 Calorie Row
1 Rope Climb

Level 2- 10/8 Calorie Row/10 ft Climb
Level 1- 8/7 Calorie Row/3 pul to stands

-One Partner Rows and completes a rope climb while the other partner rests. The second partner does not start the row until their partner has completed their entire descent.

    WOD 1: 9 (solo. I rested as long as each round took)
    WOD 2: 6 (solo also)
