    Did the 9:30 class then went to work at this.

    Snatch: 175×1 (P. R. MUTHA. FUDGING. CITY.)
    C&J: 205×1

    So I’ve been basing my percentages off a 155# snatch this cycle. I hit 175# this morning and was excited because I thought I matched my old all-time PR. Got home and looked at my numbers to find that I actually PR’d, my old snatch was 165#. I wasn’t sure because I started at a clean slate when I came back, put the old numbers out of my mind.

    Not an all-time PR on the clean and jerk but I’ve been basing my numbers off 185#, so 205# at least will bump up my working sets.

    Shout outs to Josh for watching me snatch and helping me out. I would have given up on 175# if he wasn’t there.
