    Did level 1 but 65# power cleans ,blue KB, 120 singles 16:28
    Little Miss Tough Ass wasn’t letting me out the door until I did an extra round so after cooling down I did rnd 3 didn’t have the energy to argue back today. Think about 8-9 mins for 3rd rnd
    Stayed for much needed mobility class
