Partner front rack stretch, 2 x :45 seconds

5 x 1 @ 85%

Tall Clean
5 x 2 โ€“ Stay light. Be fast.

Front Squat
5 x 3, ascending

3 x 10 back extensions

    Ben was on a platform about to do some strength work while I was sitting around after the 9AM class so we did today’s Oly programming together.

    Snatch: 135# (some looked better than others but no misses)
    Front Squat: up to 175# (I’m shook after bombing out on front squat day a couple times since coming back, slowly gaining my confidence back)
    Extensions: up to 45#

    Neither of us had any experience with the Tall Clean so we weren’t going to mess around with it without instruction, skipped them. USAW Nationals is this weekend, gonna try to watch some of it.
