    -10 bent over barbell rows – 135#
    -10 pushups
    -25m? suicides (white door to green door parking lot lines!)

    Squat cleans #65, KB orange, singles , kipping pull ups – score 263 with Mija❤️ 3 things I was happy with in workout 1. Didn’t scale the run 2. Used #65 for squat cleans 3 stayed positive 3 things Im looking
    forward to improving 1my runs ,2 lifting heavier weight 3 cleaning up my pull-ups
