Partner A completes 100m overhead barbell carry (135/95) while Partner B completes as many Burpee Box Jumps (30/24) as possible. Then they switch.

Partner A completes 200m run while Partner B completes as many GHD situps as Possible. Then they switch.

Then

2 Times Through
Partner A pushes a sled 100m loaded with (90/60) while Partner B completes as many HSPU’s as Possible. Then they switch.
