Oly class Update
Oly will not be formally led today or going forward on Saturdays. Haley is around to help out and fill athletes in on programming and also check in with throughout the hour. We are happy to recruit another official/dedicated Oly coach for Saturdays or for a different day during the week if the interest is there. At the time that Yosh left there was only 1 current member that was consistently showing up and most classes only had a few people in class. If you are interested in having a dedicated Oly class with a coach for the entire hour, please speak up and let us know what times work best. If there is enough interest we are happy to move forward with a program.

Clean Deadlift to mid Knee + Clean Deadlift to Mid Thigh + Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (1+1+1+1+1) x 3 sets
Clean Deadlift to mid knee + Clean Deadlift to Mid Thigh + Clean + Jerk (1+1+1+1) x 2 sets.
Clean and Jerk: 3 singles.
Clean Deadlifts Standing on 2” Riser: 4×4
