60 Calorie Row
50 Burpees
40 Strict Pull-ups OR Kettlebell Swings (2,1.5)

Partition the reps between partners however you choose.

Level 2- 50-40-30, (1.5,1)
Level 1- 40-30-20 (1,0.75)
