Free Yoga (does not count against your weekly class total) Sunday at 10am in Southie Orange and every Sunday going forward except for MLK weekend.  Come get and flexy and sexy!

**Remember to wear protection from rope burn of the lower leg. Socks, pants, etc**

WOD
800m Run
Then 3 Rounds of
3 Rope Climbs
12 Pistols
15 Toes to Bar
18 Box Jumps
Then
800m Run

Level 2- 2-1-1 Rope Climbs or 10 ft climbs
Level 1- 5 pull to stand or 6 strict pull-ups
