Run those stairs like Rocky!

*All classes at the gym, including the free intro, are cancelled today. We will be running outdoor workouts at 9am,10am and 11am at Moakley Park. Sunday morning classes will also be held at the track at 10am and 11am. There will be no Sunday yoga.*

We hope to see you all at the bar crawl today starting at 2pm. It should be a great time. In the event of bad weather we will re-route to some indoor bars in faneuil hall. In that circumstance we will update via the website and facebook. Otherwise, below is our itinerary!

Please remember that this is an endurance event….not fran. Pace yourselves and have fun socializing with members (old and new) beyond the first stop Tias. I am sure by writing this  I am making a true influence on your drinking strategy…I had to at least try.

Starting from the beginning of the stairs…
400m run
Lunge to the end of the stairs
1 bleacher stair climb (up and down each set of stairs until back at the beginning of the stairs)

**The bleachers wrap around the stadium, so this will be a doozy. Friends are welcome. Be sure to bring water!**
