    Screw the Mutha Crusha wod lol I didn’t do that one but the DL/burpee pullup wod I did on saturday and it hurt, and it was 10 rounds! not 5 🙂

    What up Southie! I did the 5 rounds, 10 DL, 5 burpee pull ups WOD yesterday and the “Motha Crusha” WOD today! Brutal!

    You guys all have to post your times now so I can get a feel for the WODs if I do them elsewhere : )

    They should change the menu to serve paleo food, gluten free beer and hard cider. That would be sweet. I’m not so sure what is hunter-gatherish about it now.
