Running/Weather Update
We are doing our best to look at the forecast and program some running each week. New England weather gets cold sooner than later so we want to give all of you the opportunity to get outside before we stick indoors until the spring. That being said we will provide the different rowing/bike/burpee/jump rope scaling options so you can pick your modality of choice.

    WOD: couldn’t start with the group because Shane squatted so slowly, so we modified.. Rowed and did burpees as prescribed (no rest, no thrusters) 21:11

    Front Squat x3 EOMOM for 16 min w/Sprinkles – 185 up to 205#
    5 rounds – 10 cal sprint on assault bike while partner holds plank for a minute
    Cheap GHDs and T2B after…planning on the chipper for session 2 tonight 🙂
