Running/Weather Update
We are doing our best to look at the forecast and program some running each week. New England weather gets cold sooner than later so we want to give all of you the opportunity to get outside before we stick indoors until the spring. That being said we will provide the different rowing/bike/burpee/jump rope scaling options so you can pick your modality of choice.
