Yes, it had to be done… a 2k row. When done at a full effort it is one of the hardest WODs you will ever suffer through. Don’t chicken out.

    Uh huh, just woke up. Nice excuse. I wasn’t there because of……um…….uh……..the neighbors chickens got out and I had to spend all morning helping to gather them from around the neighborhood. Yeah, that’s it. Now that’s a good excuse!
