
If you are completing your final measurements make sure you get your blood pressure taken before you start to warm-up. I will be taking all other measurements between benchmarks and at the beginning of class. If you want your measurements taken even though you weren’t taking part in the challenge that is fine, but let those who did take part in the challenge go first. Can’t wait to see these results!
