Failed miserably the 165 front squat deslite chuck and bish’s encouragement…8:35 rx wod
Front squat: 185×5, 165×10, 145×15, 135×20 – Really liked this! And the change-up.
WOD: 16:06 L2 but did 12-9-6 on T2B. I too think I’ve gotten progressively worse on T2B!
What I did well: Front Squat sets of 15 and 20 actually felt good. My ancestors must’ve done some sort of work that involved squatting moderately heavy weight at high reps.
What I need to work on: As usual, the conditioning. T2B need some work as well.
215×5, 205×7… legs weren’t feeling it from BT strength before..or I just was being a wuss.

Strength: had Hatch on the agenda today, so got that in on the platform instead

WOD: 13:41. Started at 55#, but dropped to 45#. Rowing took more out of me than I expected. Is it possible to get progressively worse at T2Bs?

Eric tried to PR is 500m row, not remembering that he still had 45 STO, 45 t2b, and another 700m to row, combined. Good times!
I killed that first 500! Very proud moment.
