Calli has been working on her muscle up for some time now and yesterday she finally nailed it, give her props next time you see her and just remember hard work and diligence pay off. Set a goal and achieve it!

I felt a little tight today so I drank some beers…lost count but I know I did a good job.

Felt froggy tonight and put in some extra work.
Worked up to a 1RM of OHS- got 205# (20# PR)
Did both the conditioning and weight lifting floater WOD
Then did 10min EMOM of 5 reps of body weight bench odd minutes and 20 dubs on even minutes
