    Made up Tuesday’s WOD:
    – Front Squat – 265×5
    – EMOM – 165×5
    – WOD: 15:45
    Quigley was dominating the EMOM in less than 20 seconds each round while the hang squat cleans were killing me.

    Did Tuesday’s WOD with Rob this morning. It was wicked cute too because we had matching shirts.
    205 x 5 on the Front squat, 165×10 on the EMOM, 17:06 for the WOD.
