Accountability. Lately I’ve been struggling to stay motivated. I can’t remeber a string of WODs like I’ve had over the last week or two where I just felt like stopping. Not like I need to recover from a red line but just not feeling up to it. It’s times like these that the crew around me really make the difference and keep me going. I may still drag a bit going forward but I won’t stop pushing myself to show up and overcome this dip in my commitment to get better, stronger and more well rounded. My family deserves a better me and frankly I expect better of myself.
I made up Tuesdays WOD this morning and came in late leaving myself little to no time for the WOD. This will not happen again.
Strength: 255×2, 265×3
WOD: did 15-30-15 bc of time @135 in 6:47
Glad I did an abbreviated version as opposed to mailing it in. special thanks to Stafford for the encouragement.
