U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant John Rankel, 23, of Speedway, Indiana, assigned to 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1 Marine Expeditionary Force, based out of Camp Pendleton, California, was killed on June 7, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by mother and stepfather Don and Trisha Stockhoff; father and stepmother, Kevin and Kim Rankel; and brothers Nathan Stockhoff and Tyler Rankel.

    Good workout! 4 + 12, L2, knees to chest for Burpee PU. I decided to try out the 1pood today for KB and it actually wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be.

    I need to either stop making fun of those Skins shin tights (that won’t happen) or stop cutting myself on barbell movements during WODs (also unlikely).

    Haha…I totally gave Nick the evil eye before he took this pic as if to say don’t you dare even THINK about taking a photo during my 5th and final set of (very sloppy) wall climbs! I guess he showed me who’s boss.
