    Hit the 8am open gym. 4 out of 4 people there were 530HTKers. 8am is like lunch time when you’re used to getting up at 5. Did Fridays workout – got to 205 on cleans but form was sloppy so I went down to 185 to work on my bad habit of extra wide legs.
    79 on 13.4. Up from 71 last year. First day back since strep throat on Thursday – throat was on fire during/after this one. Did the cash out as well.
