CrossFit classes will be held in Southie Green today at 9am and 10am.

Yoga will be held in Southie Orange at 10am.

There will be a advanced class at 11am today.  All competitors welcome.  Hero – “Nutts

WOD

7 rounds each for time of:
3 rep max Jerk
Row 250m
Rest 3 minutes between each round.

Your score is your lightest and heaviest load and your slowest and fastest 250m.

    Talks about interval training and healthy eating pretty much curing obesity and disease. Sounds familiar? No. Too simple. We saw nothing of the sorts with the paleo challenge.
