    Wod: 115lb on the bar, missed one round

    Strength: 160lbs (PR on push-jerk portion…smashing old PR of 145lbs)
    WOD: Missed 3 rounds – L2 on C&J, started w/ 10 dubs = L2 but by Round 9 was doing 20 singles instead
    This one totally wore me out!

    This wod was fine until round 6 or 7 when I asked the guy next to me how many minutes we had left. Learning it was emom for FIFTEEN minutes was totally horrifying! That’s what I get for having ADD at the beginning of class. And yes, I fell off the erg today. Thanks for putting me back on Goose. 🙂
