    Great pic!! I was too short and too far back to make it in! It was SO awesome to be there this weekend and to see you all kick ass! Also, the number of non-competing members/fans that came to support you all was really great to see. Truly an unforgettable experience!!

    Yea I love this pic too! So SLC Crossfit WOD was a 500m row, 1k row, and 2k row on the website. When I get there this am, they changed it to a 400m run, 800m run and 1mile run. What!?!!?? He obviously doesn’t know about my suckiness and dislike for running anything over 100m You know I was about to puke or swear when he wrote it on the board. Dammit I even tried to get out of it by doing the row and the trainer was like, uh no haha so the moral of the story is to get out of your comfort zones and do shit anyway even if you don’t want to or don’t think you can. I was the last one in but the group was cheering me to the line and I’m glad I did it! And that’s what Crossfit is all about! Tomorrow is Fran!
